Please read in full before requesting a commission to this artist, thank you.

1. Must have a reference or description of the character for the artist. This can be a written description, Google Doc, or a picture of the character. Also accepted are pictures of things such as poses, props, and ect. along with a text description. Stick figure drawings are welcome, if it can help the artist determine the right pose. 

2. After you request a commission, the artist will give you an estimate based on the complexity of the work. If you accept this amount, you will be sent an invoice via Paypal, USD only. You must pay the entire amount.

3. You may request edits to the work while it is being created three times for free. Any extra required edits will increase the cost of the final product, based on the complexity of the edit. You cannot change the overall pose of a character via an edit, so make sure you’ve decided on the pose during your original description. (Example: You cannot change a character’s pose from sitting to standing halfway through the drawing process, but moving something like an arm might be possible.) 

4. The artist will send you every step of the process, the steps being: Sketch -> Lineart -> Color Base -> Detailed Coloring. You may request edits once you receive the results of each step, in which case it will be redone as per Rule 3. You must confirm each step as finished before the artist will go on to the next step. You will also be informed if an edit results in an increased cost.

5. The finished work will be sent via Google Drive or an email, within one month of initial payment. Keep in mind you’ll have to pay for the full drawing and any edits to receive the final product.

6. Please inform the artist beforehand if you wish to use any commissioned work for a commercial use. Otherwise all art from this author is considered to be for personal use only.
